Ruby is an excellent meerkat experience guide who is calm, well-organised and knowledgeable about the three three-year-old meerkats who she kept fed with live mealworms. She introduced us to the safety rules, briefed and provided us with gloves and the feeding bowls, preparing us well for what to expect during the experience. I enjoyed myself so well as she assured us of the typical meerkat behaviour and let us pet and play with them.

Seven of us met up for a surprise 50th birthday treat. It perfectly fitted the bill for a friend who loves afternoon tea and birds! We watched both bird displays as they were different. It was amazing, real up-close and personal. Even the huge Sea Eagle sweeps low enough across the audience to ruffle your hair. Interesting and entertaining staff impart their knowledge. Lots of other animal experiences available. The tea was well presented and filling. We took home doggie-bags full of treats. A bit strange that they discourage booking in odd numbers, but they were willing to accommodate us. In the end, we paid for 8 people. Anything to help this fab nonprofit organisation! It's less than 1 hour from Victoria by train and you can pre-book a cab from Eynsford station. Lots to see and do in the area. I'd definitely go again. Our birthday girl had a fabulous time!! Thanks, Eagle Heights.

We had the ‘Meet The Huskies’ experience booked and had the best time! It was so much fun meeting all the different dogs and getting to learn about them, the guide was super informative. We also had access to the rest of the park and managed to catch the bird show, it was incredible seeing these beautiful birds so close! The keeper again did a superb job, certainly get your money’s worth and would definitely recommend for a fun family day out!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such an incredible time at Eagle Heights for the Husky Hike! The dogs are absolutely beautiful and so clearly well looked after—it was a joy to spend time with them. My family and I loved every minute of the experience. The volunteers were fantastic—so passionate, friendly, and full of interesting information. A special mention to Amber, who really stood out and made the visit even more memorable. The café is also very reasonably priced, and the lady working there was so kind and welcoming. The bird show was another highlight—truly amazing! The presenter gave such an engaging and informative performance, and it was fascinating to see the birds up close. Overall, a brilliant day out and something I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a unique and enjoyable experience!

We had a lovely afternoon tea, served by a lovely lady. It was good to wander and see the birds/animals too. Unfortunately the flying show isn't on currently due to bird flu, but we were given tickets to return later in the year
