What a fantastic afternoon we had - we took our son. (19) for an afternoon in room 13 escape - Amber our games master was lovely friendly and very informative about our experience! We had a great time we escaped with two seconds to go so it was very nail biting… And had lots of fun in doing so definitely would recommend and we’re going to attend again with friends 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 highly recommended- thank you Amber!!

We had an amazing time at the escape room, and a big part of that was thanks to our host, Amy! She was incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived and explained the rules clearly, which helped us get straight into the experience without any confusion. Throughout the game, Amy was attentive and supportive, giving just the right amount of hints when we needed them without spoiling the challenge. Her enthusiasm and positive energy really added to the overall atmosphere and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Thanks to Amy, our visit was smooth, exciting, and memorable. We’d definitely recommend this escape room to anyone looking for a fun challenge—and if you get Amy as your host, you’re in great hands!

The experience was great, we completed the magpie mystery and it wasn't too hard for a 5 star but still had us puzzled. Amber, the Games Master was a great host and made sure we understood how it worked. :)

We took part in Room 13 at Escape Live. Some of us were newbies, some experienced (family of 4). It was so smart and clever but the real gem was Amber our Games Master! She was so patient, warm and helpful (we needed help!). And had such great energy!
