Had such a great time at Exciting Game Jigsaw Escape Room! It was my first ever escape room, and Hannah made the experience even better. She was so friendly, helpful, and explained everything clearly, which made us feel really comfortable. We had so much fun and can’t wait to come back and try another room. Highly recommend!

I recently visited this escape room and had an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The puzzles were creative, challenging, and incredibly well designed, making the whole experience exciting and immersive. What really made the visit stand out, though, was Miya. She was fantastic throughout the entire experience—friendly, welcoming, and genuinely enthusiastic. Her energy and professionalism helped set the tone from the moment we arrived. She explained everything clearly, made us feel comfortable, and was always available when we needed assistance without taking away from the challenge. Miya’s excellent customer service and positive attitude made the experience even more enjoyable, and it’s clear she truly cares about making sure guests have a great time. Thanks to her and the fantastic escape room itself, this was one of the best escape room experiences I’ve had. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and memorable activity!

We recently visited Exciting Games and took on The Royal Heist escape room and honestly, it was such a fun experience from start to finish. The room was really well thought out and definitely made us use our brains. The puzzles were clever and engaging, and it was actually a lot harder than we expected, which made it even more exciting. There was a great mix of challenges that kept all of us involved, and the pressure definitely built up as we got closer to the end. Somehow, we managed to pull it off and escape with the crown just in time, which felt so rewarding. A special shout out to Mia, who made the whole experience even better. She was so lovely, friendly, and attentive throughout, making sure we felt comfortable and fully immersed. Her energy really added to the overall experience. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for something fun, challenging, and different to do with friends or family.

She was welcoming, friendly, and explained everything clearly before we started. You could tell she genuinely enjoys what she does, and her enthusiasm really added to the overall experience. She struck the perfect balance between being helpful and letting us figure things out ourselves, which made it even more enjoyable. Overall it was a brilliant experience and we’d definitely recommend it — especially if you get Kira as your host!
