You loose 20-30 min listening to the required safety video. Kids are awful and staff doesn’t keep children safe. 77£ for a family of 5 for only a playable hour, since the video takes 30 min. It’s soo dirty

We took our ten-year-old twins to the climbing centre today for their very first visit, and they absolutely loved it! From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and friendly, putting the kids at ease straight away. The facilities are excellent and well-kept, with plenty of variety to keep them entertained. The food on offer was a pleasant surprise too—tasty and reasonably priced. Best of all, the experience offers great value for money considering how much climbing time they got. Our twins are now completely hooked, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend for families.

We went as a family with our 2 daughters on the last Sunday of half term and as you can see from the photos this is the most filthy, disgusting, dust ridden soft play you will ever go to. It used to be a great trampoline park but ignore the photos on google these are all gone now. What replaces it is rat boxes under benches where the kids sit. And it cost us £74 to go! There is a layer of dust over everything our children were on, by the end we were covered and coughing the rest of the day as a result. This place is a health hazard and needs to be closed. I’ve obviously reported it to the council so they will be inspected. I did speak to the manager who said none of the dust was on anything the kids were crawling all over (which was completely inaccurate it was everywhere and on everything, even in the parents waiting area). The toilets were filthy and overflowing it looked like no one had cleaned or checked on them all day. The queues were out the door and there’s nowhere to park. Someone even smashed into another persons car while we were there and drove off the spaces that are there are too small! Not only is this place a waste of money it is a health and safety nightmare and needs to be shut down until they can do a proper deep clean, remove bags of rubbish from behind the slides and sort out some partitioning between the climbing centre and the children’s soft play. Please I’m urging you not to go and if you’ve had the same experience here please contact the council so this place can be closed while it is properly investigatedTo

Seems and looks great fun for all ages,as I was travelling through the area my son wanted to attend.Good value £14 for an open session but £3.50 for the branded socks!!! My son would have preferred the wall climbing but that unfortunately was an afterthought but all the equipment looked great fun.i did notice how the whole place was covered in dust and the cobwebs hanging down from the former warehouse ceiling were massive! Very good friendly staff.

New venue is awesome, completely different with lots of fun challenges and games for all ages. We loved playing on the Ninja timer game (and I lost every time!). The strike arena was also great fun and super tiring! Football zone was great as well. Super friendly staff and great food with a lovely view over the venue. Lots more to do there now for the older kids as well as the younger kids.
