I have been there for several times, the receptionists are very friendly ,never stop me for questioning . I played batminton with my friends . each court cost around £11 for each hour. the car park is free for first 3 hours, if you need more time, just register your number and free for all the time ! strongly recommend

Unbelievably trigger happy passing to debt collection agencies. My mum informed Furzefield she was ending her membership after many years due to a house move (100 miles away so obviously not going to keep it) - they wouldn’t accept and passed straight to a DCA. I had similar issues with them a few years back and have spoken to others who say the same. The pool and 99% of the staff are very nice but customer service is absolutely officious - I would advise caution in signing up.

In many ways this the heart of the sporting community in Potters Bar. Gymn, football, skate park, winning pool, studio rooms, play ground and a soft play. And a nice cafe. It's consistently well run, organized and not expensive. We are lucky to have it!

The soft play is great venue. But the staff let the place down. They are more interested in talking to each other. Also they have a menu but food has to be brought through the cafe. This could be an amazing place The food could offered to be ordered in the soft play and be brought to you. Also staff could be more reactive and more focused on customers. Kids love it but I go on how I am treated..Kids cant go if I don't enjoy myself. Places need to remember parents are the paying customers

Friendly and very helpful staff I left my £1 for the locker in car and she let me leave and item of value behind the counter for the £1. Simple and rare these days. Nice pool, good temperature, clean and no one wearing shoes in the changing rooms. Unlike every “Better” pool we’ve been to.
