Went to rock up Watford for my daughters friends birthday Lacie is beautiful and amazing and has excellent customer service. Keisha was rude ignorant and black and this is coming from a black person no manners and was rude to my older daughter when she asked her to help her sister customer service was disgraceful she was to busy cutting her eye at me then doing her job. One of the rudest people I have ever met. Toilets where dirty so was the venue needs a revamp I don’t know her name but the girl who checked us in was also lovely and polite

Great experience at Rock Up Watford! The staff gave a clear and easy-to-follow safety briefing, making the whole process very straightforward. The children's climbing session was well organised and not overcrowded, so everyone had plenty of space and attention. My daughter had a fantastic time and left with a big smile on her face. We'll definitely be coming back!

Not only are the toilets in an unacceptable condition, but there are also serious safety issues within the establishment. Fire doors are obstructed by toys and tables, which poses a significant risk in the event of an emergency

I am deeply disappointed, and this will be my last visit to this establishment. Two months ago, my wife left a review on Google and received a response assuring me that improvements would be made. Unfortunately, upon returning today, I found the situation unchanged and equally disheartening. The restroom, primarily used by children, remains in an unacceptable condition. Toilet paper intended for intimate use was lying on the dusty floor, there was no running water at the sink, the doors were visibly dirty, and the toilets themselves were unclean. Greater attention should be paid to maintaining these facilities, particularly considering that the main beneficiaries of this space are children.

We recently visited Rock Up Watford, and overall, it was a good experience! The climbing facilities are impressive, with a variety of walls that cater to different skill levels. The atmosphere is vibrant and fun, making it a great place for kids and friends to bond over some climbing challenges. However, I noticed that there could be more options for younger kids and beginners. While there are definitely climbs for experienced climbers, I would have appreciated having more easier routes available for first-timers and younger children. This would make it more inclusive and enjoyable for everyone. Despite this, we had a good time and would recommend Rock Up Watford to anyone looking for an exciting climbing experience!
