The team are incredibly professional all the way from booking through to the actual day. Jay was fabulous on the day making sure everything went very smoothly and the kids had a brilliant time. Thoroughly recommend for parties!

The customer service I have received from the team at Go Laser Tag London has been second to none. My son very sadly fell unwell on his party day and we had to cancel his party last minute. The team have gone above and beyond to be accommodating and change the date and make sure he has the best 7th birthday. Their speed of response and nothing is too much trouble, so easy to deal with. Will be telling everyone I can about Go Laser Tag London and how brilliant they are!

We had an amazing afternoon at Go Laser Tag. From start to finish, everything was well coordinated. Check in was super quick, we started within 10 min of arrival so the team is definitely on it to make sure you play as long as possible. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Game time was plenty. A huge thank you to Millie who was our event manager - you definitely made this the best afternoon for us.

My son had the best day with his friends! The team were amazing with the kids, they were well organised too (except the parking when we left was a little hectic) Millie and Abbie were our team leaders and were informative, patient and full of excitement. Would definitely recommend go laser tag. The dominoes deal was perfect and went down a treat too. Thank you all!

My two nine-year-olds received a Go Laser experience voucher for Christmas and we recently took them in the February half term. The staff were exceptional from the moment we arrived in the car park through to all our interactions. They were friendly welcoming attentive and personable. The facilities were great and it was well organised and well run. Credit to the management and all the stuff. Our boys had a fantastic time and we will undoubtedly be returning.
