Visit websiteBig, loads of facilities, plenty of parking. We came for the Extreme Fighting Robots event and had a great time.
It was a great pleasure to skate. Eventhough it was not a disco session there was a dj playing nice energetic music right next to i e rink. There's good amount of time in the session, plenty of sessions to choose from. Price is good and plenty of good facilities. I will definitely come back and recommend to both beginners and advanced skaters.
we were there for the manchester storm’s visit to play guildford. the ice hockey itself is a great experience, especially with the opportunity to sit so close to the boards, however the front row benches are slightly uncomfortable. queues for alcohol were very long and slow and the food options were a bit lacking. be aware that it can take a while to get out of the car park after matches too. overall though, it is definitely worth a visit!
We had a fantastic visit to Guildford Spectrum swimming complex & would highly recommend it to families & anyone looking for a fun day out. The water slides were a real highlight. They’re exciting, well maintained & suitable for a range of ages. There was plenty of variety, so both kids & adults had a great time going back again and again. The staff & service were excellent throughout our visit. Everyone was friendly, welcoming & helpful which really added to the overall experience. The changing facilities were spacious, modern & very clean. There were plenty of lockers & cubicles, so it never felt crowded. The showers were also great, good water pressure, warm & well looked after. Booking was very straightforward & easy to do online which made the whole process smooth & stress free before we even arrived. Overall, the entire complex was very clean & clearly well managed. It’s a great place to spend a few hours & we’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommended!
Have been ice skating multiple times at this venue, and there really a fifty fifty chance youd enjoy it. It mostly rests on which skates you get handed, as some are very hard, close fitting plastic with no padding, that RUB your feet and press hard on your ankles. Both me and my friend went recently and her feet were bleeding into her socks after taking off her skates (first aid at the counter helped though). It was copeable for the first ten minutes then started to really hurt and I had to take my skates off and sit out for the last 15. But when I've been before and been handed newer skates with padding and support, it was great and really fun. So, 50/50
