We held our son’s birthday party here last week, and everything went wonderfully without any issues. The team was very attentive and made sure everything was organized and on time. We had a dedicated staff member looking after us throughout the party, which made the experience even more enjoyable. For the cake cutting and refreshments, we moved to the upstairs party room, where everything was already prepared. The snacks were plentiful and beautifully presented. The only small suggestion I would make is that it would have been nice if the birthday song could have been played through the speakers. Even so, everything was excellent, and I would definitely recommend this venue. Thank you to everyone involved for helping make the day so special! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Soft play is amazing! The best around the area!! The staff today two lovely girls done so well, always on there feet cleaning and made sure the soft play was clean, so polite. Very helpful! Delicious cakes and good selection of food and drinks. Although very crazy busy at times. But Would definitely recommend.

One of the best soft plays around the area. Extremely clean with staff always sweeping and clearing tables. The soft play frame is also one of the cleanest I’ve been too and you often see the staff inside the frame cleaning it down. Amazing coffee and good selection of food. The cookies and brownies are out of this world!!! It’s great that you can see the whole frame while in the seating area and don’t need to worry about children wondering off and getting lost like some of the soft plays around. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of visiting.

Large space however toilets not kept clean. We attended to a birthday party however we felt we were being pushed out of the place before the event ended. They started clearing tables while we were having cake. The tuna sandwich we ordered had so much butter and mayonnaise that I couldn't eat. I tried ordering food for my child at 3.45pm and stated they dont serve hot food at this time ans therefore I had to go chicken shop. Nice place but lacks a little customer service.

Disappointing experience for me unfortunately. This place is more of a cafe with a soft play. I visited on a busy Friday afternoon, there was only one member of staff and almost every table was busy. Lots of food left over, fallen on the floor. Cleaning supplies are not stored away but left at the end of the room and any little person can go and grab them. No healthy food options for toddlers (all snacks are full of sugar or crisps). Quite expensive too, £8.50 for an adult an a 1 year old (high compared to other local soft plays). Overall I wouldn’t go back especially considering that the parking is a nightmare. I had to pay £2.20 across the road and got the very last spot. So over £10 for just over 30 minutes spent there. Even though you’re allowed to stay for 90 minutes it was just too busy and there was too much going on for a little busy toddler like my son. More suitable for older kids in my opinion.
