Good gym you can tell when the woman called Susan is in because it’s all ways clean and tidy and never anything out of place the rest of the it’s messy and Equipment is Left out Overall, it’s a very good gym with pleasant reception staff

I’d like to highlight an experience I witnessed today that truly deserves recognition. While using the gym, which has excellent facilities overlooking the pool area, I saw a child get into difficulty in the water. The situation could have been very serious, but the female lifeguard on duty responded immediately. Without any hesitation, she dived straight into the pool and brought the child to safety with impressive speed and confidence. What stood out even more was her professionalism afterwards. Despite being soaked, she remained by the poolside, calmly speaking with and reassuring other swimmers. Her composure and dedication helped ensure everyone felt safe and supported. Her quick thinking, skill, and commitment are a real credit to the facility. I believe her actions should be recognised and commended, as she made a potentially dangerous situation safe through her prompt response.

Some decent technical routes and wall shapes. The walls should cover climbers of all abilities. I have scored a three as I waited weeks to climb here with my team and even though the session was booked and paid for and I had cycles 5 miles to get there. The climbing instructors didn't turn up.

Staff are all amazing and so friendly here, including all 3 of the Managers. I've used the centre for both personal and professional reasons (Bubble Boots Football.. bubble football and Nerf parties). The facilities are outstanding and the venue is always spotlessly clean.
