Lovely! Clean changing rooms. Friendly staff. Nice airy big pool. We did the fun and floats in the summer holidays with the children and they loved it. There is nice seating/spectator area too if you don’t want to swim which many pools don’t have anymore so that was very welcome too. Plenty of parking.

Blonde receptionist was friendly and very helpful. As we're most of the people swimming. Better organised than the one we swim in in London. Would be better if there were more times though.

I hadn’t really appreciated how good and clean the facilities are at HALO Ross until I visited a similar leisure centre in Cambridgeshire. The one in Cambridgeshire was expensive and the pool areas and changing rooms were revolting. Well done Ross team. You made me proud of my local sports centre 💪🤩

The depth of the pool is good and easy to swim in but the water was absolutely filthy and the changing room floors were soaking wet. The lockers were also very unusual shapes.
