Good sized soft play area for toddlers and older children and good service at the cafe - didn't try out the swimming pool or gym!

This will be my sole visit to this leisure center. The disabled facilities are inadequate. Due to carers storing wheelchairs in the disabled changing room, I was unable to access a suitable cubicle, which presents a significant challenge for individuals with mobility limitations. The floors were unsanitary, covered in hair, and emitted a strong odour of urine. I was compelled to place my towel on the floor to prevent slipping, and upon returning home, the plastic bag containing my wet towel had a pervasive, unpleasant smell. Typically, the scent of chlorine is noticeable in swimming facilities, but this was not the case here. The pool itself was acceptable. The staff were not impolite, but they also did not demonstrate a high level of engagement.

If I haven't reviewed this place yet I will soon. It's a good leisure centre

We visited the pool for the first time today, and was shocked at how disgusting the changing rooms were, floors were filthy with a strong smell of urine, the toilets were just as bad. Considering we are expected to take are shoes off before entering the changing village the least they could do is disinfect the floor. Around the pool edges were also dirty. It was such a shame as this could be a lovely leisure centre if it was just cleaned regularly, we normally use Chepstow and have always found the changing rooms and pool to be reasonably clean and often see staff cleaning. We spent 2 hours in the pool and didn’t once see any cleaning happening.

Changing rooms absolutely stink of ammonia and urine i feel sorry for the children changing in these conditions after their lessons. The leisure centre staff should be ashamed of themselves.
