Parents have come with my children for a fun swim session today, and they have mentioned it was freezing in the water, so much so my mothers hands/ knuckles are sore from the cold- I know a bit hard to believe… but others mentioned to her too. I have say for her to call and let you know incase of maybe a problem. Otherwise children had fun.

Today my wife and I had appointments at the gym at Abbeycroft Leisure Haverhill with Chelsie to plan new fitness programs for both of us, and we would like to thank Chelsie firstly for introducing us to the E-Gym and secondly for the clear, concise and friendly way she planned and conducted our fitness program to suit our individual needs. We would recommend anyone who wants to get more out of the gym to arrange an appointment to have their training plans reviewed. Adrian & Angela

Pool is nice but not happy me and my two kids got kicked out at the end of the session even though there was only about 10 people coming in for the new session. Definitely nowhere near capacity. Website says: “Book when you want to arrive and stay in until the session ends or we reach capacity”. We asked lifeguards if we could stay but they said no and we needed to book a new session!

I have just visited the gym (Sunday 21 December) and wish to compliment Chelsie on how clean she has kept it today. I came on Friday 12 December in the evening and the gym was filthy and the equipment covered in mud. It was a pleasure to visit today and as usual Chelsie was very helpful. I have photos from 12th if Abbeycroft wish to review them.

Took my 3 children for a swim this afternoon and they loved it. The staff were smiling and interacting with the children. It was a lovely experience and we will be returning. Really lovely manners and behaviour from staff. Their management should be very proud.
