We had a lovely visit to Holker Hall & Gardens. The gardens were beautiful, with a fantastic variety of flowers and planting schemes providing colour and interest throughout. We even bumped into some of the resident ducks and were lucky enough to spot the deer too. The grounds offer excellent dog-friendly walks, making it a great day out for both two-legged and four-legged visitors. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing clear information on where the dogs could go and the best route to take to see as much of the gardens as possible with them. A peaceful and picturesque place to explore, and one we'd happily recommend.

Nice garden and lots of space for long walks. The garden itself is quite small and requires lots of work done; some areas did not seem finished. Also the price for the ticket is 12£, which is quite a lot when comparing to gardens near by much more stunning. Liked the cafe and food!

Lovely place to visit. We only did the gardens and parkland. The gardens and parkland were lovely . We had lunch in the cafe which was really nice. Suitable for wheelchair users.

A tremendous experience. The grounds and gardens are exceptional. We were met at the entrance by a first class guide who was polite and gave clear and helpful information. As a disabled visitor this really helped our visit!!!! We also had a great light lunch at the on site resteraunt.

Absolutely stunning magnificent gardens and waterfall, worthy of gertrude jekyll ,a place to visit,it should be on everyones bucket list...price to get in for two was£23 but far more glorious than national trust properties anyday ,cafe and shop was great, lots of parking, get there before 1pm is better time.
