absolutely totally loved and awed by this place.. there were more than 40 horses.. BUT unfortunately the place was closed..

A vast site with many horses and donkeys you can pet and feed. They all look really well cared for and really happy and the donkeys in particular are such characters! There is a tea room and gift shop on site and you can buy a big bucket of food with which to feed the animals for just £1.50. There is no entry fee, so please make a donation to fund their wonderful work.

It is great to see the retired horses being looked after so well, and they know how to get their treats from the visitor's, I had a great time it was well worth the visit. It is free to go there, but donations are wellcome. There is pleanty parking and has a gift shop and a lovely cafe, all the staff are extremely welcoming, many thanks to all of them.

Great place to come and relax, meet and feed the horses and donkeys. Staffed by great people, good cafe and shop too. The world needs more places like this, a natural aide to mental health not to mention the value to the lives of the equines themselves.

Super place to spend a couple of hours here. With over 55 horses and 15 donkeys, there is plenty to see. Free parking. The animals are very well looked after. Well recommended.
