Had a great time with my wife in the creepy carnival escape room, our first time in an escape room and our guide Quinn did an awesome job at guiding us through and story telling. The creepy clown costume was good too. Will definitely be going back to try some of the other rooms when we can.

First time having an escape room experience with family for our sons 18th and it was absolutely brilliant, we picked the hardest room, and had plenty puzzles and scares along the way, we didn't manage to complete it unfortunately but are already planning our return to houdinis escape rooms so we can have a go at all the other rooms. 10 out of 10 from us and definitely recommend.

Really fun experience at Escape Room Room 13! We didn’t escape this time, but we had a great time and will definitely be back. I went with my partner and two young kids, and Hayley was so kind and helpful, giving us clues when we needed them. She made the whole experience even better.

Very disappointing experience with Houdini's. Will never use them again. When their website failed to apply the advertised Sunday pizza deal, I called immediately to fix it — and was told they would 100% NOT amend the booking or offer any refund. Their policy is to NEVER refund, nor change a booking, and their representative clearly enjoyed telling me so with a refusal to budge in any direction. Only with the threat of a section 75 by email, did they back down. Their website is cheaply made, and therefore has to contain instructions for users as it appears obvious that many user mistakes must happen. My guess is they've never invested in User Research. Their terms state NO refunds no matter what, and they also disclaim liability for personal belongings, injury or even death. Customers should read the terms very carefully before paying - knowing that once you've paid, you'll never get any money back and can't change anything whatsoever. On the day, there was nowhere obvious or secure to leave belongings, the venue felt understaffed and was dark and disorientating with no clear fire escape signage - and our escape rooms weren't fully prepared. The skeleton staff appeared not to want to be there. Unfortunately Houdini's reserve the right to remove negative reviews so this may not remain on here for long, but, based on our experience, I'd advise to shop with a different escape room company.

We did the 13 escape room and had such a good time. It was challenging but really fun and well put together. Big shoutout to Ash who worked there he was super friendly and made the whole experience even better without giving anything away. Definitely recommend and would love to come back and try another room.
