We did the summer saver deal with 6 girls for my daughters birthday on Saturday 6th June, really good value for money and staff were really friendly and helpful, didn’t realise there was a free slush in also for them all with the deal so that was an extra bonus. Kids all loved it would definitely go again
Held my ten year olds birthday party at laser quest with some parents joining in. Loads of fun and the virtual reality experience after was an add on all the kids loved. Staff very helpful. Everyone happy.
I had a party for my daughter’s 10th birthday and the host was jack, he was a great help and had answers to all my questions. very satisfied would definitely come back.
We love to do this with the kids. We always go to the zappy hour at 10am on a weekend as you get two laser quest games and the VR. Great change to the slush machine as it is healthier.
Birthday Pizza food - POOR - the quality of the pizza and Size was not enough to feed each child. The children were 8 years old and asking for more food. Starving after school and a laser quest game. 2 thin, flimsy slices of pizza per child which would have been better value from an actual pizza place. I ordered extra chips that came out undercooked and on the smallest plates. If you have a party then McDonalds would be a better option and better value!!! The 2 members of staff were overwhelmed and nowhere to be found at some points with us asking for basics like toilet paper, a knife for the cake. For the price of this party (24 children) I would expect food to be better quality and size and more staff more organised. The manager then tried to argue/explain this pizza issue in front of the party of children with me saying 3 times I would complain in writing. She said the size of the pizza issue on the website - so please view this. Not the thickness though or quality. I have been to organised parties before where I’ve paid much less for quality food is that is enough per child. This pizza would only feed a toddler in my view. I would say bring your own food or take them elsewhere. The games and the VR was excellent and the kids loved it.
