Lovely little independent ice rink tucked away on an industrial estate. There's also a Laser Quest and Escape Room on site, will review our escape roon experience at the end, as we returned a month later to try that! Was popular today (half term) and we couldn't book our preferred time (12.30) as it was already fully booked, but we got spaces for later. It's not a big rink, so it probably isn't for experienced skaters (though there were a couple of people doing spins and figures in the centre) and hired skates are never the sharpest, but for a fun experience (and particularly a first experience) it's much less intimidating and overwhelming than bigger rinks. They've also really thought about the off-rink experience - there's sliding doors into the café/reception area and very reasonably priced food and drinks offerings - and genius move - a LIVE video stream of the ice rink, so non-skating parents and care-givers can sit somewhere warmer and still watch the action! We returned on Easter Monday for a skate and escape room double-bill and had lots of fun! We chose the Egyptian themed room, which was quite small, but very atmospheric. It requires one member of the party to crawl into an even smaller space (you are warned about this on booking) so avoid if you're all claustrophobic and that doesn't sound like fun! Decent level of difficulty, with timely messages from the game master via typed clues on a computer screen announced by a thunderclap. Staff were lovely. Mostly padlock based, though a decent variety of types (3 digit, 4 digit, 5 digit, key and directional). What was great is how on theme it all was - lots of statuettes and Egypt themed props. We had fun (2 adults, 2 teens) and would recommend!

I was here quite a long time ago, but have had fun experiences here. A few times I have went to the ice rink which was very fun, even though I’m not the best at skating the ice rink is very well maintained. My favourite was the Laser Quest though, which had a fun, complex room to use, and they do birthday parties too, which I’ve been in 3 times. Always a nice place to experience and I recommend this place!

We just moved to the area recently and went here today as a family for my son’s 7th birthday. It was such a great environment. We did laser tag and ice skating and they were both great, especially the laser tag! It was a great run around with loads of space and places to hide, definitely a hit and we will be back! Also, the staff are very lovely, friendly and helpful. Thanks for a wonderful day!

We visited IceQuest for ice skating and an escape room with my twin 8-year-old boys, and we had a brilliant time. A special mention has to go to Dove, who genuinely went above and beyond. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and instantly connected with my boys over their shared love of Minecraft, which made them feel comfortable straight away. One of my sons got scared during the escape room and needed to come out—Dove handled it so kindly and calmly, reassured him, and helped him feel safe and settled again. What really stood out was her level of customer service: she seemed to be covering three different stations seamlessly, yet still gave us plenty of attention and made us feel looked after. Huge thanks — we’ll definitely be back!

Have been a few times. Staff friendly and keen to help. Good value for money. Not the biggest rink, but big enough for my two young children. I would say that the ice wasn't skimmed/prepared and was very rough and mine and my wife's skates were not sharpened at all so not gliding nice and slipping out. That being said, we still had fun and so did my kids and would still go back.
