We were gifted a Christmas voucher for two for indoor skydiving for my elderly father & my teenage son and from the time of booking both had really been looking forward to it. On the day I watched from the viewing area the entire time, thinking everything was going smoothly. Surprisingly during the activity, I noticed both were taken up for high flights ( an additional cost of £20 for the first and £15 for subsequent). What I found odd was that at no point did I hear /see either of them agree to this (verbal or otherwise) but both were taken “up” anyway - Neither would have opted for it without informing me first. The instructor, Nora, had loudly mentioned to all that high flights came with an extra charge and instructed us to let her know if anyone wanted to proceed. However at that moment in time I couldn’t intervene as they were suited up and isolated in a vestibule, with earplugs in to block the v loud airflow noise. After the activity, I was charged £55. To avoid creating a fuss (over what was meant to be a fun outing..) I paid. Later I’d asked my father and son about agreeing to the high flights, they both explicitly stated no - that they were aware it would cost extra and would have communicated this to me beforehand, just as I knew they would have. I’d also recorded the entire session from when they put in their earplugs, and at no point in the footage could they b e seen consenting to the added activity. I reached out to raise this with iFly and was eventually replied to by the general manager, Brooke, who insisted they’d agreed to “hand signals” (a finger pointing upward). This was utter nonsense so I requested to see the footage as proof - request denied. I’ve since escalated the issue to the CAB and forwarded to Trading Standards to look into what I feel is a very sneaky practice in order to get more participants to pay extra. I urge others to exercise caution with iFly Milton Keynes.

Fantastic experience for the kids, so much fun! We recieved clear instructions from the friendly trainer Josh, who was happy to answer any questions and put your mind at ease. Great fun for all ages. Would recommend!

Just wow... what a fabulous experience! From the warm welcome when we arrived, to the clear briefing at the start, our incredible instructor Tara, settled our nerves, was super patient and just sooooo skilled at looking after her students and ensuring they a great time in the wind tunnel. Her display for us at the end was just fantastic, and showed she really is a master of her craft. We cannot wait to come back very soon and do it all again. Tara, you have got us hooked! Thank you for the great experience..

Took my Grandson for the first time to Ifly Milton Keynes on Saturday 14th February. Yes, as others have commented it is expensive for the actual time you 'fly' but this was not the issue for me as it was a Christmas present for him. I paid £20.00 extra for photos and video footage and was advised that I would receive 3 or 4 images plus the video footage. What I actually received was 20 poor quality, hazy and distant images (3 examples attached). The video footage was ok but nothing special. I was under the impression that the images might be of a professional nature, I could have done a better job taking images on my phone !! I emailed their HQ the same day expressing my disappointment and the same day received an acknowledgement of my complaint. Over a week later I am still waiting for a formal response and have had to chase twice ! I didn't take any photos on the day as I was led to believe that my £20 would mean some nice photographic memories would be received. This was not the case and I would certainly avoid purchasing their photographic package. This has soured what should have been a memorable time for my Grandson. Maybe leaving this review online will speed up a response.....

Staff were excellent, especially with my son who got there and was too afraid to do it in the end. She tried to encourage him a few times, but in the end let a few others in our group use his time so we didn't loose out on the flight time. Really fun experience and all thoroughly enjoyed it, reasonably priced for the experience and a group booking made it cheaper for us.
