Fantastic 50m pool with plenty of plenty swimming and classes available. Parking is free and very easy too - always easy to find a space. Reception staff are also always very friendly and obliging on the front desk. However showers, changing rooms and toilets could do with an upgrade/refurb. They are very dingy and enclosed, with no natural light, and it’s very easy to get lost inside the large space as there are no overheard signs or colour coding systems. You never know where to head to and which doors lead out to the main ‘competition pool’ and especially as the changing rooms are mixed and communal, it’s hard to find your way with so many people in and out - particularity when a double decked school bus of children arrive and decend into the changing rooms too! Pool toilets are often blocked or showers out of order and tiles look very dirty, worn and tired looking. It is not a pleasant changing experience so I often elect to shower at home. I hope they can do something with these as the pool itself is lovely, light, bright, open and spacious.

My kids attend swimming and diving sessions at this leisure centre, and we’ve had a very positive experience. The facilities are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The swimming teachers are excellent — very patient, professional, and supportive with the children. The only difficulty is finding training session times where both the my kids can attend together. Apart from that, it’s a fantastic leisure centre and highly recommended for children’s swimming and diving lessons. ❤️

Great pool experience in Luton. Good free parking, cabins and lockers and two pools for the kids and competition pool. Also divers section with tutors and classes available for decent price. Cafe, gym, and plenty of other facilities available.

Facilities are clean. Shame about there being only one shower cubicle with a door. Showers hot though! 20p for lockers caught me out... I don't know any other leisure centre that uses 20p or the last time I saw a 20p piece. . Reception staff were fast and excellent though and changed my £1 for the needed cash. Pool is the coldest pool I've ever experienced indoors, so it's no leisure swim! You swim to stay warm! Car park has a 2.1m restriction. No idea why?? ... So I had to dive into the cemetery carpark opposite... Got locked in when I came out from my swim. Thankfully the house next door has a key and got me out... Why a height restriction though????

Two weeks ago, just as I was getting ready to take my son to his swimming lesson, I received a missed call and voicemail from Inspire Luton stating that his 5pm lesson had been cancelled due to an issue with the small pool. I received this message at 16:15, which gave very little notice. The voicemail also stated that they are now on Christmas break and lessons will resume on January 5th. There was no apology or acknowledgement of the inconvenience caused. I’m not sure who the relevant manager is, but it feels like customer service procedures need to be reviewed. Quite unprofessional if you ask me.
