We visited for the Warhol Pop Icon Exhibition. Excellent curation of 3 rooms of his work. Enjoyed a coffee and excellent tea at the cafe afterwards. Glorious day so had a walk to the Lake too. Lovely location

We've been a few times but most recently today for the Andy Warhol exhibition after just turning up another day and it being sold out. It's an excellent venue, with friendly staff, gorgeous little gift shop, lovely cafes, great theater productions and a fantastic play area as well as a lake. I was really impressed by the Warhol exhibition- I hadn't expected so many world renowned pieces there and i learned new things about the artist. I had my toddler with me (very few children were there today at 3pm but it was very busy with queue to get in). A member of staff proactively offered me a child's backpack which included items which really enhanced my child's experience Inc an electronic drawing board (no back-lit screen), a wig, magnifying glass, a book and coloured plastic to look through. It was incredibly well thought through. There was also some seating available which helped with accessibility. (I have M.E.) I asked my son what the most interesting part of his day was today and he said the exhibition. Really glad we got to see it. This and is a gem.

Enjoyed the Warhol exhibition very much. Well curated & far better than I expected. Little annoying that was charged a booking fee on top for electronic tickets bought on line and worse charge apparently charge booking fee when you buy at the door on the day. That is really taking the ####. But still good value.

The Djanogly Theatre also provides lift access and dedicated wheelchair spaces with a good view of the stage. I also visited the Pavilion Café, which overlooks the lake. The café is cozy and spacious, serving a nice selection of food — sandwiches, soups, salads, cakes, coffee, and tea. The menu is simple but tasty, and prices are affordable. The aisles are wide, and the tables are easy for wheelchair users to access. Overall, Lakeside Arts is a peaceful and inclusive destination to enjoy art, nature, or a relaxing afternoon by the water. Really lovely cafe. Do milk alternatives which is a plus. Nice indoor seating and toilets. The only down side is you need to advertise the post code to the car park that doesn’t take you driving through the university campus and having to ask directions because there’s no signage how to get there! As the post code on several websites takes you through the campus off the top of the roundabout at the hospital! You need to go through the underpass and go off the island to get there!
