Such a fantastic experience The level of detail the whole production go into is incredible and the overall quality is outstanding We visted on Christmas eve and everything was still looking great. Only disappointed with the way the experience ends. Walk out of Santa's house to then find your own way out... And into a gift shop. Had to explain the kids that we didn't need a portal to get back as the first portal was really built up Maybe think this through for next year

Great experience for children and adults! Lovely decoration, all in detail!! Very friendly staff, I love the costumes! My son is almost 4 and remeber every little thing he was doing there, from helping to build a toy, to decorate a gingerbread house or the ice skating! It is cold but cozy, coat needed but not big scarf or gloves inside (you got the feeling of being outside, but it is all covered), not need wellies, jist comfy trainers, experience last 4 hours and a half, but you get to sit down to do activities, it goes quick! Take snacks and a pair of extra socks or trousers for the little ones if they skate!

First visit! This was a four figure expense (including food/drinks) for us as a family of 4 (2 adults 2 children) going on a weekend afternoon in December. Booked on the release date some 8/9 months ago! Much awaited! We’ve loved following the journey online until our day of departure, felt very much a part of the magic. Invites came in good time, followed by the hats and emails closer to the date. The venue is easy to find, sign posted from the main road. Car park big, cars are really squashed in though - luckily cars are on matting so not too muddy in the wet weather. Beware - it’s about a 10 minute walk to the venue so a brolly is usually needed in Manchester. Our youngest is 3 so we did take the stroller and had no problems at all. There wasn’t many people with prams though. Check in was swift, passports handed over - it would have been good at this point to have had their names written in, my 6 year old pointed out there was space for this after we checked in. Small attention to detail. The first of the performances we couldn’t tell what the 2 female elves were saying. Spoke very passionately but fast. The other 2 male elves that followed spoke much slower could make out a bit more of the story there. The toy factory was fun! The kids Enjoyed putting together Bertie the polar bear, unbeknown to them they would be getting their own on Christmas Day. Decorating cookies very sweet. Couldn’t hear/see much of the performance story unfortunately. But my kids enjoyed the cookie and I enjoyed the little adult one. The Elven Village was pleasant. We had 1.5 hours until our slot to see the reindeer/santa. We did skating which was fun, had to wait a little while for a penguin for my youngest but when we did she loved it. We then made our way clockway round the shops from the baubles, sweets, toys, then on to food and drinks. The children spent their jingles (and more). Not all elves behind the tills were as cheery though! We did get a grumpalump!! We bought a couple of drinks, a water, Diet Coke, beer and a hot chocolate for £24. We then went to see the (robotic) reindeer. The kids watched for a short while whilst they gently moved. The barn even smelled as if they should be real which was authentic. We then were taken through to the waiting room for Santa where after 15 minutes the children’s names were called. We then were led by an elf to his hut and waiter outside for 5 minutes until it was their turn. We were in with Santa for around 8 minutes which was a generous amount of time. He recited the kids information as provided online and the elf within his room was superb. It was a lovely experience and lots of memories captured. Following this it’s time to go and you’re led out to the gift shop where you can collect your polar bear (secretly) and your photo, make any further purchases and visit the loo! Staff very theatrical. Believable. The venue is high standard as are the decorations and props etc. a lot of work has gone in to this experience. All in all we were there 1pm - 4.30pm and it was wonderful. Does it represent a four figure expense, not for us. But if we were to go again we couldn’t pay a premium for December, the weekend or the afternoon/evening slot. Included in the ticket is the invitation, hat, (the bell), husky toy and then the photo polar bear at the end! Anyone who is booked will have a tremendous time!!!

An incredible experience that my whole family enjoyed. The sets were amazing and the actors really made Lapland come to life. Father Christmas was such a nice bloke and interacted with my children really well. One little gripe, it is already quite expensive so when in the Elven village paying £6 for a small hot chocolate is war too much in my eyes

We visited Lapland UK Manchester and honestly, the attention to detail is incredible. Everything is indoors, which was such a relief because we visited during a storm and didn’t have to worry about the weather at all. The whole place feels magical from start to finish – every room, every interaction, every little touch makes it feel completely real. We went on a standard day, not a special session, and they were still absolutely amazing with my autistic son and with my dad’s disability needs. The staff were patient, understanding, and genuinely caring. I also lost my photo card and within minutes they had found all our photos and sorted everything out with no stress at all. Yes, it is expensive, but you can really see where the money goes – the level of detail and the immersive experience is like nothing else. The only thing I’d love to see is a bit more for the adults, but overall it was such a magical and memorable experience for the whole family. We would definitely go back! P.s. every single character is incredible and makes the children feel so important. They took their time with each child. We visited Ascot back in 2022 and they have learnt from having no shelter on the elven village and planned for traffic
