Venue is great for parties and the space is brilliant. Bar area has air-conditioning and you can see the go carting track. We attended a Laser tag bday party and whilst the kids enjoyed there time. The only screen to watch the children was located down stairs and only had one camera working and so one view. Would have been nice to see them on the screen in the bar area. Also there didn't seem to be many staff, the front reception was unmanned for the majority of time we were there which was 2 hours and I didn't see a member of staff in the bar area either.

Caitlyn was absolutely wonderful throughout our visit. She was so knowledgeable and clear, acting like a proper instructor when it came to explaining all the safety rules and procedures—both for the go-karting and the laser tag. She made sure everyone felt confident and understood exactly what to do, which made the whole experience much more enjoyable. Great service and really helpful! Highly recommend.

We love this place! Laser tag has been a staple for birthdays and school holiday treats for the last few years; today we tried go karting for the first time with kids across a range of ages, all first time drivers - they and all had a brilliant experience. We booked an early morning slot so the track was relatively quiet. Staff were really friendly, set up and induction was smooth, karts etc. in good condition. One driver was a bit anxious and came off early for the first session. The marshal was great - chatted with her, encouraged her to try the next session and offered to adjust the kart settings and ride around with her. She did go on and he did everything promised, even giving her tips for the trickier parts of the track - she was whizzing around by the end and pleased with herself for going back on! Finished up with a couple of rounds of laser tag, it made a perfect birthday treat for our (nearly!) 12 year old!

The team hosted my sons 9th Birthday Party. Excellent welcome from the start. The team explained everything and answered our questions (we wanted to bring in glow sticks to make help kit the kids out - this was met with an 'Absolutely'). The party room was a shared space but a decent size and very well laid out. There was another party at the same time and a 3rd group joining the game - 27 players in total. The venue did not feel crowded at all and everyone looked to be having a great time. Katelyn was our host and she was great. There was a lot of noise with excited kids but she really held their attention made everything super easy. A couple of the kids in our group had never played before and were a bit nervous. Katelyn was great at helping them with the kit, explaining how things work and putting them at ease. Everyone in our group had a great time in the first game and were experts by the second game. The party food was good, decent mix of choices. The deserts were waffles. Never seen a party room so quiet! They were fantastic waffles! A massive thank you to Katelyn; she's a fantastic member of the team and really helped to make the part a success.

We booked this venue for a 10th birthday party. We found it all pretty disorganised. There were not enough staff to service the number of birthday parties/undertake the briefings and deal with queries. The staff clearly felt overwhelmed. The laser combat arena itself was great and all children and adults participating had fun. It was just a shame that we had to wait a long time for food/drinks. Ended up purchasing lots of drinks for the children as no water or anything else to have in between games or after. Then a substantial wait, the food order was wrong and came out at different times for both the main and pudding so some children had eaten but others were still waiting. No thought to people may need to do a birthday cake and how to handle it. The dog tags that were part of the package were chased twice and took so long to come that all the party members had left. For £26 per person we expected a better level of service. Would visit to play laser combat again but sadly would not recommend having your party here. Others have golden a positive review so perhaps we caught it at a bad time.
