Had a joint 10th birthday for my son & his friend. It was one of the hottest days of the year, the vendue was air conditioned, friendly & helpful staff. The kids LOVED it!

So the laser game is fun and this place is set up well. But the best thing about this place is the friendly, understanding staff. My 2 kids were booked in for 2 games. The first game didn't go so well with one of my children loosing it as he felt like he kept getting shot (despite the fact he was actually winning) and the other child being put off by brother's filthy mood. I was very grateful for the manager, Tyler, helping out at this point by paitently giving options to try for the second game, joining in and ensuring the second game was a success and that the the kids enjoyed themselves. That was impressive and much appreciated customer service. Thankyou.

We took our 2 grandchildren aged 6 and 9 to Laser Quest. They had a fantastic time (as did we) and would love to come again. The staff were extremely helpful and made sure we knew what to do. We would highly recommend Laser Quest Hatfield.

My son was invited to a party a few months ago and decided that he just had to have his there as well...from booking to the actual party everything was fairly simple and the staff members were great. Tyler was very helpful in the whole booking process. The staff on the day were extremely helpful, especially when the packs seemed to have glitched they rectified it swiftly. Thank you for making my son's party memorable

My son had a great time today at Laser Quest Hatfield. He went there with his friend, friend's sister and their Grandma. Staff there is lovely. Especially Patrick who was brilliant, he was very friendly and helpful. Real asset to the team. And good with kids. I rarely leave reviews, but my son insisted that Patrick deserves 5* :)
