Unfortunately think this place has gone downhill since our last visit 3 years ago. We went today 28th June for our daughters 11th birthday with 20 of her friends and the place was horribly warm ( no aircon)and in my opinion very over booked as the staff were frazzled and overwhelmed. I understand the need for a business needing to maximise bookings but at the cost of a good experience to everyone as a whole . There was definitely less food than before (2 slices of pizza per child)and for the price very disappointing and our kids had food as soon as we got home. Due to the overbooking the parties were running late and many of the parents were rushing to get back to avoid getting parking tickets . We left feeling underwhelmed and a little hard done to as for £295 a couple more pizzas wouldn't break the bank . Our previous experience was excellent but sadly not now the case.

Laser Quest Stoke really have a lot to learn about customer experiance. I walked in with my two boys on Saturday, we hadnt booked in advance. Paid £27 for two games I was told before I paid it would be my two boys alone in the arena 'was that ok?' - yes perfect. I paid but was then told moments later 'oh sorry actually theres already another family of four in the first game we forgot to book them on the slot' My boys didnt want this so I said sorry we'll have to cancel, can I have a refund please? No, no refunds, credit onky. T&Cs are on the website, no manager available in the venue. Checked the T&Cs on the Stoke site and it doesnt say no refunds at all. After being spoken to badly by another member of staff we simply had to walk away. Got in touch via the website to request they uphold my statutory rights. Was told over email by the area manager than unless booked in advance as an exclusive timeslot members of the publuc could join the games. Understood, but I had been told it was exclusive. The manager stuck to his guns and offered me a refund minus a 2% handling charge! Worried they'd suddenly go dark on me if I refused, I accepted this and to add insult to injury the Area Manager said 'we hope to see you again soon' i didnt ask for an apology, or compensation, I just wanted a refund of the money I'd paid and to withold a portion if it is not only appaling customer service but extreamly petty.

We had our Little Boys 7th Birthday party at Laser Tag today. They had the absolute best time,ran ragged for 2 hours. The food was fab and Tylor & Bracken kept everything running smoothly. There was nothing to stress about and they made sure the kids were well looked after. The birthday boy said it was the best party he's ever had. Thank you so much x

We have just arrived home from my son’s birthday party at Lazer Quest, I can’t thank the team enough, we have had an awesome afternoon, the team were super helpful and attentive and couldn’t do enough for us, all of the children and adults for that matter had the best time. If you want a stress free, laid back but fun party where you aren’t pushed out as soon as your time is over with great party hosts this is the place for you. The party included two games of lazer quest, so much pizza, squash, slush, plates, cups and dedicated party hosts. Thanks guys, we really appreciate everything you have done for us today xxx

Had a 6th birthday party here and it was great. The staff and manager couldn't be more helpful and accommoding and asking if I needed any help with anything often. Party hosts cannot remember their names but a guy and a young girl where great with the children and even played a game with them inbetween laser games wich was lovely. Highly recommend anyone to have a party here or even come for a normal game it's a great place
