Great Play Area, but the Restaurant is a Massive Letdown We recently visited Sticky Paws. While there is definitely a lot of potential here, our experience was a massive mixed bag. The Good: A Fantastic Space for Families The play area itself is absolutely brilliant. It’s well-designed, clean, and incredibly engaging for the kids. As a family space, it's a great environment where children can burn off energy and parents can actually sit back for a moment. If we were rating the play area alone, it would be a 5-star experience. The Bad: Disastrous Food and Indifferent Service Unfortunately, the restaurant side of the business completely ruined the visit. We ordered the penne pasta for my son, and what arrived at our table was honestly shocking: The Pasta: It was a bowl of penne that looked and tasted like it had been boiling for over an hour. It was so incredibly overcooked that the tubes were entirely mushy and torn apart. The Attitude: What made it worse was the staff's reaction. It was painfully obvious that they knew exactly what kind of subpar food they were delivering, yet they didn't bother to care, quality-check it, or offer to make it right. The Verdict: While the play area is fantastic for families, a successful family day out requires decent food and basic hospitality. Serving a bowl of mushy, torn-apart pasta and hoping we wouldn't notice is not okay. We won't be eating here again.

Lovely playground, safe with plenty of ice cream theme attractions and of course delicious ice cream for everyone. We have nearly 3 years of going every week, and my toddler just runs in and knows his way around from the bouncy marshmallow moulds at the back to tractor riding and soft play where he asks for lunch. Always happy to have ice cream after which he heads straight to the toy shop before going to the exit door to the car park. They have a great variety of cheap toys and books and I've never had to drag junior out of there, although we're visiting every week. Only 4 stars because the new membership replacing previous one doesn't offer anything to the old members and leaves bank holidays and school holidays and the month of August still requiring an entry fee, which fee for 2 adults and 1 child comes to £9.5 whilst every attraction charges from £2 to £4.5 and ice cream fees start at £4 for one scoop. The place gets very crowded with these occasions and one can start thinking if it's worthy visiting at these times. Pactically every visit with both parents who eat alongside their child at lunch, can easily go to a £70 fee even when you have a membership.

What a great place to with children of all ages whether able bodied or wheelchair bound . Plenty of space to get around with pushchairs too . Had a car park and overflow car park across the road. I assumed it was just an ice cream place with. Lots of different flavours. I was so wrong . So much to do , water activities ( suggest you take spare clothes and shoes ) this is under cover but open . All sorts of play activities, soft play area , large outside trampoline, crazy golf , searching for gold in the Cove. Shows for the scavenger egg hunt There are extra prices for some activities but if you buy them and don’t use all the activities on the day it’s valid for 1 year . There is a cafe separate from a big ice cream shop that’s got every ice cream you can think of . Most activities are outside but I will definitely comeback here . The whole set up is great.

Amazing play place, have been visiting since 2021 and the environment and staff have never let us down. There is an amazing range of activities for all ages. There is the main play park in the middle when you first enter the park, there's also mini golf which is enjoyable, there is the honeycomb water & sand play place, there's also a soft play which also has an area above for 8 and over (THERE IS FLASHING AND STROBE LIGHTING ON THE TOP, NOT SUITABLE FOR EPILEPTIC), there's a new sensory play park with ziplines, the marshmallow mounds are a personal favourite (basically they are bouncy trampoline type things), theres go-karts but they are now card only and there is a food area but I dont really like the food

Great place to spend quality time with kids! There’s so much to do that you can easily spend the whole day here without getting bored. The environment is safe, fun, and very family-friendly. Kids have plenty of activities to keep them entertained, and there’s enough space for them to play and explore comfortably. It’s a perfect spot for a fun day out with the family. Highly recommended!
