I accidentally lost my bracelet there and the staff went out of their way to help me find it. They were so kind, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me get it back. Great customer service like that is hard to find. Thank you again for being so helpful I really appreciate it!

I had a party booked on Saturday and the experience was amazing. Naomi was a great person to be around, she was really kind and she made my day! Thank you to her and the experience it was honestly amazing.

Just had our son's 9th birthday party here and so glad we chose this venue. The kids had a great time, there was plenty of pizza for the kids, the party bags were great and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Our party host Billy was awesome! Thank you so much guys :) highly recommend

Held kids parties here in January and today. Fab environment for the kids. Some staff members (like Otis in January and another staff member on the desk today) were excellent at interacting with the kids and parents, going out of their way to make sure things ran smoothly. Both had amazing worth ethic and communicated well in a noisy and chaotic environment, managing expectations. Other staff members just do the bare minimum…which is to be expected! The contrast shows when you’ve had an excellent experience previously. Definitely depends on who you get as your host, as to how smoothly your party runs…ask for Otis! It was a shame I didn’t get the name of the staff member on the desk today as they were fab too, thank you both!

Was amazing, went their for my birthday with some cousins, staff were amazing and we played 2 games and we got these coins which we could redeem for slushies and the prices were quite good.
