It’s a small alleyway under Waterloo Station where artists are free to paint graffiti without fear of prosecution. The walls are constantly being painted and repainted, creating an ever‑changing gallery. A couple of pieces have been there for a long time, but most artworks have a short shelf life. It’s a very cool place to visit and soak up the atmosphere.

A great spot you definitely have to see when visiting London, especially if you’re a fan of street art. It’s colourful, vibrant, and full of energy, and the smell of fresh paint in the air adds an extra layer of atmosphere.

Brilliant little hidden gem. If you are lucky you might even find some local artists at work on the walls. The smell of green is lovely too
