In the past month we have been here twice! 1- Esme was amazing, we had the best time. It was my brothers birthday and she made sure to sort him a cake with candle so we could all sing happy birthday to him. We really appreciate her care. 2- we returned for the World Cup match and Esme recognised us immediately and was very charismatic and polite. After the match (England lost) we did some games in the arcade and Esme joined us in a basketball competition and of course she won. We, again,had the best time. Really recommend this place for family and friends fun ✨

We travelled all the way from Glasgow to visit Urban Fun, and it was absolutely worth the journey! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome by Marsi at reception. She was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. She took the time to explain everything clearly, showed us where we needed to go, and made us feel completely at ease. Her kindness and excellent customer service really stood out and made our visit even more enjoyable. The venue itself was fantastic, and the staff were welcoming, but Marsi truly made our day. She is a real credit to Urban Fun and thank you for such a wonderful experience. We had an amazing time and will definitely visit again whenever we’re back down from Glasgow!

Held a party there for my 8-year old, kids had lots of fun! We chose a package for £35 pp, which appeared to be great value of money (bowling + food and drinks + arcade games), so we are very satisfied with our choice. Plus, we would like to thank a staff member Ash, who was supervising our party - Ash, you are a super star! Thank you for all your help and support! He was very client oriented and helpful👍🏻👍🏻 I highly recommend Urban Fun Kingston 👍🏻

I booked my son’s 7th birthday party here and I had to leave a review to say how absolutely brilliant it was. The children had the mini golf area to themselves and a lovely quiet area to have lunch. The food was nice and no mistakes made. We had at least one if not two members of staff making sure everything went smoothly the whole time - that was amazing! Abi and Esme were fantastic and sorted out any little issues - for example I had forgotten to sort a gluten free dessert for one child and they straight away went to fetch him a gluten free cheesecake. Another child with an allergy attended last minute and they offered to cook him a different meal. The staff helped me sort the cake, fetch lost golf balls and brought the adults drink orders. I LOVED the little touches that made the birthday boy feel special - he got a gold VIP card with extra credits and double tickets on which he loved. They also put the birthday boy inside a special box where fake money flies around and he had to catch it, with his friends cheering him on, and then awarded him with a nice packet of sweets. All the lovely touches, excellent organisation and extremely helpful staff made it the best party he’s ever had. All the kids ended up with lots of prizes to go home with - plus the party bags so they were all completely delighted. Can’t recommend it enough for a kids party. Thank you so much to the team but especially Abi and Esme for making it so fun, memorable and stress free.

We went early in the day so it was quite empty. The grabber machines are a complete rip off here in comparison to other arcades. The latte was literally the nicest I have tasted. The disabled toilet that was also a nappy changing room had the smallest bin ever. In fact I am not really sure it was a bin. If you want to pay money to play arcade games it is fine. It is all sparkling and new.
