My trip to Holyhead and the surrounding areas of Anglesey was a fantastic experience. What stood out the most was the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful countryside scenery. The cottage I stayed in was comfortable, charming, and provided the perfect base for exploring the island. I also spent time around the Llandudno area, which I found incredibly refreshing. The coastal views were stunning, and there was something special about walking along the seafront while enjoying the fresh sea air. The combination of mountains, coastline, and well-kept promenades made it one of the highlights of the trip. Another pleasant surprise was the miniature railway and train attractions in the area. They're great for families and children, offering a fun and nostalgic experience that adds something unique to a visit. It's easy to see why they're so popular with both locals and tourists. Holyhead itself serves as a great gateway to Anglesey, with plenty of opportunities for scenic walks, coastal exploration, and relaxing breaks away from busy city life. The friendly atmosphere and natural beauty of the region make it a destination I'd happily return to. Beautiful pebble beaches although there is one small area with sand by the Pier. Parking is a bit of a nightmare on the seafront. lively atmosphere and plenty of places to eat, especially if you venture into the town which is only a few steps from the beach.

Its such a pretty beach, the water is clear and blue and the landscape is breathtaking. Will definitely be visiting again
