Make sure you check tide times, as low tide means a very long walk to the sea! Beach Pavillion is great for quick bites & ice cream. Ample parking, but pricey. There are public toilets in the car park, a model boat lake & kids' play area.

Cute little place! Must look gorgeous during sunny days!☀️ Will definitely come back to enjoy the ice cream and a motorbike ride in the area 🤩 ℹ️ Car park and toilets are very affordable, and there is a little cafe with a really pleasant views! Plus, my friends really enjoyed chatting to friendly fishermen 🤩

Very pleasant afternoon walk along the promenade and around the nature reserve. There are bird hides overlooking the marsh, so I sat and watched the Canada Geese and other birds for awhile. It's not a long walk , around a mile and half there and back from where I started on the Promenade. I didn't go in the cafe as had a picnic in the car, but certainly will if I go back again. Cafe was busy, so that's a good sign. There are road works up in the town, so be mindful of those if you're planning a visit. I parked free on the Promenade, large grassy area.
