Beaumaris Seafront is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the views. The waterfront offers stunning scenery across the Menai Strait towards the mountains of Snowdonia, with sailboats adding to the peaceful atmosphere. It’s perfect for a relaxing walk, taking photos, or simply enjoying the fresh sea air. Just a few minutes away, you’ll find the charming main street with excellent cafés, delicious restaurants, and local shops. Beaumaris Castle is also only a short walk from the seafront, making it easy to combine both attractions in one visit. A wonderful place that we’ll definitely return to!
Beaumaris on the island of Anglesey is a stunning seaside town, with its mix of medieval, Georgian, Victorian and Edwardian architecture. During the summer months it is full of tourists with ice creams. But I visited during the Great solar storm of May 10 2024. The most powerful geomagnetic storm to impact Earth since 1989 and so my pictures show that event ... and an ice cream the previous day.
A lovely beach ⛱️ fantastic views lovely people lots of sand this beach is so underrated needs more publicity
Amazing town with independent shops. We had a great few days and stayed in our campervan. The views and walks are amazing, there is everything you need here to enjoy your stay.
B5109 53°15'46.4"N 4°05'27.5"W Beaumaris and its beaches are stunning. They are clean, with small stones at some and sand at others parts. The Pier is a lovely walk for views across to the Snowdonia hills. Also boat rides out if you fancy or just a lovely stroll along the prom with an ice cream. Well worth a visit. Also the town is a true seaside one with fish & chips, souvenirs and proper welsh hospitality.
