We did the Wallace and gromit escape room and omg was it fun! Difficult at times but the clues were helpful, they gave just enough away without giving us the answers! Charles was an absolute delight, he put so much effort into his character and after we finished our room he took our photo and we had the most lovely chat! That man deserves a raise to his sheer commitment to his job is amazing and he makes me want to get a job here (no I'm not joking)

We came on a team building work event. It was fantastic! Fun and really well organised. Our hosts Charlie and Kai were great and made sure we knew what to do at all times. Highly recommend.

Fantastic and thanks Will I rang Locked In A Room Bristol today as my wife, my eight-year-old son and I wanted a spontaneous family day out and to try something we had never done before. I had a few questions before booking, so I called and spoke to a gentleman called Will. He was extremely helpful, friendly and patient. He took the time to answer all my questions and never made me feel rushed. Based on what we were looking for, he recommended either the Jungle Room or Wallace & Gromit. Unfortunately, Wallace & Gromit was fully booked, so he suggested the Jungle Room at 2pm. After the call, I went online to make the booking, but the website showed the room as fully booked. I rang back, and once again Will was incredibly helpful. He explained that it shouldn't be showing as unavailable and very kindly offered to hold the room for us. This was particularly appreciated as we had a 50-minutejourney to make. When we arrived, we were blown away. As first-time escape room participants, we didn't quite know what to expect, but everything exceeded our expectations. The theatrics, atmosphere, cleanliness and attention to detail were fantastic. The game itself was brilliantly designed- challenging enough to keep us engaged without being frustrating. Best of all, our eight-year-old son was able to get involved and even solved a couple of the clues himself, which he was incredibly proud of. The room struck the perfect balance for a family experience: not too easy, not too difficult, just right. We had an amazing time from start to finish, and the excellent customer service from Will played a huge part in that. we've officially caught the escape room bug and will now be looking for escape rooms all over the country! Thank you to Will and the whole team for such a memorable family experience

Entertaining hour- we did the Wallace and gromit room with 8 and 14 year old. It was challenging but given clues along the way when we waved for help. Good fun and very rewarding when you crack the codes. The staff here are super helpful and in character as you arrive which really adds to the experience. Jamie looked after us and he was great fun. We will be back to try more rooms. Enjoyable for the whole family. Thank you
