A beautiful, peaceful garden that’s clearly cared for with real passion. The lady at the ticket booth gave us a lovely warm welcome, and the café served some of the best homemade fruit scones we’ve had. We especially enjoyed feeding the fish, which was a real highlight. The only small suggestion would be that the café seating area could do with a fresh coat of Dulux! Other than that, a wonderful few hours spent wandering through stunning gardens—we’d happily visit again.

As always, an amazing and beautiful, mature garden to visit. In particular, the Cornus trees and the pond areas are looking spectacular at the moment (early June). Reasonable price for entry of £12.00. I would happily give it 5 stars if only the tea room wasn't such a let down. The issue being that the menu selection is minimal and what's produced is very basic; however, the staff were very friendly.

Beautiful! Lots of lovely plants to look at. We had a really enjoyable gentle stroll around. Tearoom was lush! And you can buy reasonably priced and unusual plants. Highly recommended! 🌸🌺🌼

Lovely place somewhat hidden away from the main areas and fairly quiet as a result which was nice. The gardens are beautifully laid out but in a natural way and there's no sense of them being over manicured. The tea shop is fine and we had a nice lunch of home made homity pie and pasty.

We had a very pleasant stay in the Gardens. The whole place has a very nice relaxing character and beautifully done. The staff is lovely and eager to help. The food and drinks are very delicious. We enjoyed it a lot:)
