The galleries are well organised, making it easy to explore and learn about the history, culture, and stories behind each display. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer questions. The museum is clean, well maintained, and suitable for visitors of all ages. Really interesting museum and definitely worth a visit to know more about the local history.

Its free to enter. I was pleasantly surprised so much in this museum. A quest for children to help them discover its contents. Topics from Housewives of Gloucestershire to Archeology. In the park there is a reasonably priced cafe attached to the leisure centre and a sensory garden , tennis courts and skateboard Park. There were plenty of colourful flowers in the gardens. There is a small play area for toddlers too.

Another of those places that we've never had time to visit. Absolutely fantastic and full of local antiquitys and history. The displays were excellent, and the building was surprisingly large. Modern extensions were tastefully done and even allowed space for an art exhibition. Very helpful staff on the front desk. The gardens and surrounding grounds were immaculately maintained. What a great local asset.
