We recently had our daughter's 7th birthday party at Northway climbing centre. The team were very welcoming whilst we waited for everyone to arrive. The instructor gave the kids very clear instructions on how to climb safely, he was very calm and patient. It was great fun watching them push themselves and encourage each other when one of them was struggling. The climbing centre has a very calm and relaxed atmosphere which was appreciated on a Sunday morning. There is a party room upstairs which is a good size and has plenty of seating. I think it's a great place to book a party that is a little different.

2026/01 Really nice climbing centre. Everything was clean and well looked after, and the parking was easy which is always a plus. Had a great time and would come back again.

A spectacular place to boulder and climb. The staff are SO incredibly friendly, supportive, helpful and welcoming. Great routes that are updated at good times so there is always something fresh. The atmosphere and vibe is great, everyone is so friendly and chill.

Wow, what a great place and local too. Lovely family run business with lots of different and challenging climbs. I'm not a climber (yet) but it looked very impressive to me. The owners and the staff were super lovely and made the birthday party we were at very special. Be prepared though! If you're climbing, this isn't so important, but I'd you're not, WRAP UP WARM!! Highly recommended 👌

Finally checked out the new centre this morning and after a clear and detailed introduction by staff we got to the wall face. 90 minutes later tired and sore limbs but great fun and lots of challenging routes to climb. Great for all ages and abilities will be back soon.
