We had a fantastic party, and I can't thank the staff enough for making it special! The food was a hit with the kids. There was plenty of it and it was great quality, which is hard to find at other places, especially for parties for older children.. The party host, Jamie, was super engaging and made sure everyone was having a blast. He was super organised and cared that the children and parents had a good time; a completely stress free party thanks to Jamie. The booking process and check-in were smooth, making everything hassle-free. Highly recommend for anyone looking to throw a memorable event!

We had an amazing experience celebrating my daughter’s birthday at Oxygen yesterday! I loved seeing her name displayed above her party table, such a small detail but it made the day feel extra special. The girls had so much fun with all the activities, and having a team member guide them from the start meant they were entertained the whole time. The food was also amazing. Overall, a top experience. Thank you for making her birthday so special!

We went this morning for the toddler session. We arrived when it opened. We headed straight to the toilet and I was absolutely disgusted at how filthy they were. The toilets had clearly not been cleaned for quite some time, they were all splashed with ****, the floors were sticky and covered in god only knows what and the sinks looked like a nightclub at 3am with a lovely coating of black dust in the corners. As we walked around the place there was rubbish and filth everywhere. The carpets were thick with dust, dirt and rubbish. Down by the football game was unbelievable. The thick dust and dirt must have been there months. Everywhere we went was rubbish, thick dust and piles of dirt. I know they are hard to clean but the huge ceiling fans had what looked like years of dirt and dust hanging off of them which will shower everybody in filth should they be turned on. In the soft play my little one ran straight in and jumped into the ball pit and hit a very hard floor as there were only a very small amount of balls in there and the rest were all over the place. I picked him up to find a dirty, bloody plaster next to him. At that point we left and I cancelled his membership. I understand that children play areas get messy and dirty through out the day but they had been open 3 minutes and believe me this dirt had been there a very long time. I did not want to go anywhere near the restaurant if this was how the placed looked. The young manager simply said to me that she would get someone to clean the toilet and they did hover but the night before had been stock take so they have been busy. I explained this filth had been there a very long time and she didn't have anything to say.

I really enjoyed my visit! The welcome and booking experience was spot on, and the activity was a highlight for sure. The food was tasty, especially the latte which had a nice hint of caramel. I reckon a bit more selection of chocolate for the kids would take it to the next level. Overall, a solid outing with friendly staff and good value for money!

I take my grandsons there at least one or twice a week. Little one on a weekday and older one on the weekend, they absolutely love the place. I find it very safe and plenty of staff at the weekend especially because it is so busy. In the week it is brilliant for my three year old grandson because it is not crowded. It is good for me as well because I join him which I would not do at the weekend. I am 73 and I find it really fun and also good excercise.
