Friendly and helpful staff. Good range of climbs for the kiddos, good for thier independence and resilience too. Parental engagement encouraged, and bonus soft play too. Would recommend getting the membership for a month off and on as its basically the same price as a single climb but you can go as many times in the month as you like. Definitely recommended.

Soft play with disgustingly dirty! I arrived at 09:40am and saw the state of the place, apparently manager said it was “cleaned” last night if so, manager should recheck in the morning to see if it’s actually clean before letting toddlers and children into the soft play!! The stench from walking past the toilet to get to the soft play is vile, what on earth is going on and how is this acceptable with the pice they are charging at the door?! 🤢

Excellent Fun place. Amazing climbing Obstacles of different difficulty levels. My 7 years son loved nearly all of them. There is also a Soft play area for younger ones. There is a small cafe as well to fuel you up.

I recently visited Rock Up Lakeside and honestly, it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! All of the information was clear and well-explained right from the beginning, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable, they took the time to make sure everyone felt comfortable and confident before getting started. What really stood out was the wide range of climbing walls available. There’s something to suit every ability level, whether you’re a complete beginner or looking for more of a challenge. The variety keeps things exciting and means everyone in your group can have a brilliant time. Overall, it was such a fun and well-organised experience. I would 100% recommend Rock Up Lakeside to anyone looking for an active, enjoyable day out. We’ll definitely be back!

Massive shout to Caiden he was absolutely fantastic with the children and show real care and support, he is such a fun team member and we were really glad to have him.
