Had a wonderful hour watching our granddaughter enjoy the fun of tubing, greatly helped by Lewis. Endless patience and a lovely way of encouraging our solo Tuber to enjoy the ride. All Staff were friendly, encouraging and obviously keen to ensure everyone there had a great time. The inside facilities didn’t match up with the on line images but the enthusiasm more than made up for that. So worth a visit, to encourage this facility to be able to stay open, even the view from the top of the hill was an unexpected bonus.

I learned here in primary 6 (a couple years ago), I had taken my son to hillend for lessons last year. He spent most of the lesson (which had around 8 people in it) standing around or in a queue for the lift. He got a lot more skiing done at Polmont and has come on in leaps and bounds (not sure of the skiing term for that). Just booking more lessons there. Staff were great and professional. Highly recommended

All staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. A big thank you to James who has been absolutely amazing at teaching our daughter (and us..). Also, thanks to Ian who’s always very accommodating with our times/days requests.

Great facility. Instructors and staff all super patient and friendly. Forget contacting them easily. Forget regualr updates on social media. Old school....turn up, book up...learn 💓 and you know what...it's ideal! Could do with a wee upgrade but honestly, ideal facility for learning. Saves a 70mile round trip to anywhere else.
