I visited the centre with Kev whom I was supporting for the evening as I work as a support worker. He had a blast as there were multiple levels he could attempt to climb so it was both a challenge and comfortable experience. I have to give big thanks to Markus who was helping us throughout our time there from showing us the safety/rules and explaining each wall and what it offered. He was very friendly and patient with Kev and was a privilege to be around. If you want a climb with friends or family and are looking for a reasonable price I’d definitely recommend Rock up.

We had a really enjoyable family visit to Rock Up Weston-super-Mare. The children had a great time and overall we were very pleased with the experience. The only downside was that it felt a little understaffed. We had a long wait at the start while the harnesses were fitted, with only one person handling this, which was slow with several young children. It also took a long time to get water or drinks from the cafe, as there didn't seem to be anyone specifically covering it. We were left waiting until someone became available. Once we got climbing, the experience was really positive and the children had a great time. We'd happily return.

After receiving vouchers for Christmas I took my 3 boys ages 7,11 & 14. It was a great place that kept them all entertained for the whole hours session. There are plots of different climbing walls with different challenges. The staff on the floor were attentive and stepped in if they saw someone needing help. My only complaints are that it felt really busy when we first arrived which Ch meant there weren't always free climbing walls, so there was a bit of waiting around, and since adding the soft play for younger children, there wasn't anywhere to sit and have a drink. Overall a great experience.

Attended toddler morning Lovely staff. All really friendly, knowledgable and kind to the kids. However; it was freezing! We couldn’t stay the whole session as my daughter was so cold despite a thick jumper. The staff said it was always cold and older climbers enjoyed it cool, but for a toddler morning where they are just starting out and not climbing high, it’s too cold. My daughter asked to go home before the end as she was too cold. My feet went numb even as an adult It was great that the soft play is included though there’s a sharp bit in the ball pit at a join in the floor which is a bit of a risk, but overall it was well maintained. The toilets were clean. The equipment was well maintained though could do with a little clean on some grips and a hoover around the base of some parts. Overall a good morning and I think a good price considering adults are free and toddlers are about £12. It was a good time. Toddler had fun. Kept us out the rain! Even better that there was only about 6 kids when we went during half term. I think having a dedicated under 5 session is excellent as it’s calm, safer, and I’ll come again! They even have soft animals to stick up high to encourage climbing!

My 3 kids 6,10 and 11 loved our visit yesterday. Well organised, great climbing walls, my kids were knackered after and achy today. Such good excersise and mental stimulation. Great for burning off excess energy at a very reasonable price Staff were great too. Will definately be coming back and this time may even have a go myself!
