Most weeks I swim at Royton, Chadderton and Middleton pools due to taking part in sessions that are held at Chadderton and Middleton. Royton is consistently the best in terms of cleanliness and the staff are helpful and pleasant.

Car park is far to small for the amount of people bringing kids to the swimming baths. Changing room is dirty, nobody ever cleaning the floors. No shoe covering bags visable on entry, guess they don't have any, all the other ocl gyms have them. The viewing area for the kids pool, is far to small for the parents sit or be able to watch the kids. The viewing area for the kids pool windows are in need of a cleaning, almost like opaque glass, they're that dirty. A speaker to hear what the teacher is saying to the kids. The changing rooms is really busy and crammed for how empty the pool is. Basically the pools to big for the changing rooms. The staff are great and friendly, but what I've mentioned needs altering for this place to work effiently. -A bigger carpark (multistory 🤷🏼‍♂️ ) -bigger viewing are for the kids pool. -speaker in the kids pool viewing area. (maybe even a cafe) -clean the kids pool viewing area windows. -clean the changing rooms. -speaker for teacher in the kids viewing area. -shoe coverings provided on pool changing room entry.

A great leisure centre with a main swimming pool and a toddler pool. They have viewing areas for both pools as well as vending machines for snacks and drinks and tea and coffee. They also have a small selection of swimwear and accessories bad well as Swim nappies in case you forget to bring any. The swimming lessons are good value with friendly staff and the pool and changing areas are clean and tidy. They also have a gym and offer a good variety of fun sessions with your membership such as Zumba and Aquasize. The only potential issue with this gym is that the opening hours may not suit busy people who work long hours. Other than that the gym membership is good value and includes free access to the pools and they often have offers on to attract new members.

We take our two children swimming here. The staff are fantastic and it's really well looked after. Saturdays are usually busy but if you get in on the family session it's great. They have lifeguards, sell armbands, swimming nappies, have lockers, vending machines, parking and also there is a gym. Shaw baths closed down not so long ago but in our opinion this is a much better facility. Well worth checking out.
