The Singing Ringing Tree was one of the highlights of my trip. The sculpture itself is impressive, but what really makes it special is the location. The views across the countryside are stunning and well worth the drive up the hill. I was lucky enough to visit on a breezy day and could hear the structure producing its haunting, musical tones, which made the experience even more unique. It's a simple attraction, but there's something very peaceful about standing there, enjoying the fresh air and taking in the landscape. Definitely worth visiting if you're in the area, and don't forget your camera. 📸🌬️🎶
The Singing Ringing Tree was amazing with good weather and strong winds — beautiful panoramic views and the sculpture produced its haunting musical sound perfectly. Worth visiting. Car park is free.
Unusual sculpture high on the moors near Burnley. It was very windy on our visit so it was singing a lot but in an eerie way. It was something different and we really liked it. It is a 400m walk along a gravel path from the car park. Great views of Burnley and the surrounding countryside
It was a nice day weather wise so that made it nice being out. It was easy to find , not many people there. The artwork is impressive but as it was not windy there was no sound, shame. Unfortunately 3 visitors chose to sit beneath the artwork to have their picnic even though there is a table on the site. This spoiled the view from one side. As it is high up the landscape view was great.
I've been told about this numerous times and finally went! I feel its worth a visit, the sounds this tree makes is a little haunting but great structure. There's a map which explains the views you can see. I carried on walking which was great! (No footpaths though). Limited car spaces because its basically in a lay by (about 10 spaces)
