Pick your own fresh fruits and vegetables straight from the fields, plus enjoy the farm shop and bakery at this seasonal New Forest farm experience.

Sopley Farm offers families a fun and educational day out picking fresh fruit and vegetables directly from the fields on the edge of The New Forest. The farm grows nearly 20 different seasonal varieties, selected for flavour rather than shelf life, ensuring genuinely fresh produce. Visitors can enjoy the pick-your-own experience, browse the farm shop stocked with fresh eggs, local honey, and locally-grown seasonal produce, or purchase ready-picked items for convenience. The on-site Sopley Farm Bakery operates seasonally (mid-February through December, with extended hours June-October), offering freshly baked goods and catering services. The farm provides a genuine agricultural experience where children can learn about where food comes from while enjoying outdoor activity. Facilities include designated picnic areas in front of the farm shop, though dogs are not permitted in the pick-your-own fields. Sopley Farm is family-friendly and suitable for all ages, with free entry to the farm itself (visitors pay only for produce picked). Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. The venue combines shopping, dining, and hands-on farming activity, making it ideal for families seeking an authentic countryside experience with educational value.

Had an a amazing experience today. Pumpkin picking for the pub i work in. 2nd year in a row we have been there. Lady on the till was very friendly. We had a lot of pumpkins 🎃 for the autumn/halloween display of all shapes and sizes, I love that we could pick the ones we wanted. Makes the experience a lot more fun. Prices are not expensive at all in my opinion. We got a huge one for 15 pound. And when the car was all loaded tou can stop for a hot or cold drink and something delicious and home made from the shop. Im sure we will be back next year for more fun 😁

It was such a nice place. Although we didn't find where can we wash our hands, cause the patch was so muddy when we picked up the pumpkins, so maybe that was our fault. But the cakes and pastries was very delicious, we observed many plants, even we found a ladybug. So we had a nice time here.

We had absolutely amazing experience at PYO farm. Has a lovely playground and few benches. Also has cafe on site with not expensive coffee and delicious cakes and pastries (almond one is super yummy!). Gorgeous flowers, seasonal vegetables and fruits to pick yourself, or could buy them freshly picked up from their shop. Free parking.

I suggest going when they open as around 10am it starts getting crowded. Went for strawberry 🍓 picking! £6.5 a kilo. The strawberries were nice and perfect, we had it with ice cream. They has a lot of strawberries to pick. The bakery was good too, fresh bread and cookies. Would definitely come back soon.
