Beautiful cove but either done steep ways down to it . 3 places to eat but one only open at weekends 12-3 other two places seem to be open until 4pm daily.

The summer houses dotted around give it character without taking anything away from the landscape. They blend into the surroundings and add to that slightly hidden, tucked away feel that makes this place so special. Every angle feels like it is made for photos without even trying. You can just walk around, take it all in, and every shot comes out looking like something you would want to keep. There is also something about the way it is all laid out that feels almost cinematic. It gives off strong Mamma Mia! vibes, like you have stepped into a different world for a while. You half expect Meryl Streep to appear out of nowhere and start singing an ABBA classic. It has that warm, slightly dreamy energy that just sticks with you. It really is a rare gem on the island, and not many people seem to know about it compared to other spots. There is definitely a selfish part of you that wants to keep it that way because once places like this get too busy, they lose a bit of their magic. But at the same time, if you are visiting the Isle of Wight and the weather is good, you have to come down here. It is one of those places that quietly leaves a mark on you. Steephill Cove is more than just somewhere you visit. It is an escape, a moment of peace, and a reminder of how good it feels to slow everything down.

Beautiful little bay. With a shingle and large rock beach...check tide times. One shack for you basics,chips,drinks, ice cream. Then a restaurant with some hot food and a great view. Public toilets too.

Beautiful cove and bay. Recommend a visit Clear blue sea and pebble beach. Only accessible by foot. Independent cafes and kayak and paddle board hire. Toilets.

Beautiful cove with small independent cafes and restaurants, able to hire water sports equipment and sun loungers. We parked at the botanic garden car park, you can buy anything from the cafe or gift shop for £10 for free parking, it was then a short walk to the cove.
