It is always such an amazing experience down at the beach and more so Stonehaven! Beautiful & magical walk along the beach front to the harbour area, and there is also a historical scenic walk through the town.

Nice stop on the way to Dunnator Castle ruins. There was a sailing race there the day we went so that was entertaining and lively.

Dog loved it here! Pebble beach with lots of interesting shells, rocks and wildlife. Toilets in the car park are free to use and quite clean. Lots of facilities close by including a fish and chip shop. Not too busy. Lots of places to sit and information signs across the beach.

Lovely coastline pity about the bad weather. Regardless of the weather, there is nothing more relaxing than watching the sea. Nice to see people out walking along the beach with dogs. Lovely promenade, which is very well maintained and is very clean. Would be nice if there were public toilets that were open to the public 24 hours
