I took 3 close friends here for a midweek birthday karting - we had the best time! The two engined karts were quick enough to be quite exciting and the track had challenging corners that we were still trying to optimise after 2 sessions. The place felt professionally run, and the marshall joined us on the track in another kart to add a bit of interest / challenge whilst also looking out for our safety and giving us tips between sessions. The electronic timing was good for after action review. Finally, the proximity to the airfield was perfect as it allowed one of our group to fly in.

Great day out. Staff were friendly, helpful and very encouraging to our 2 young daughters who were a little nervous at first. The session ran smoothly and safety was always a top priority. The family session is kept to a sensible number of riders giving adults room to zoom and the kids room to build confidence. Kit was clean and well maintained. We’re looking forward to going back again!

What a superb morning of karting. My 11 year old son and I loved it, we opted for the 2 x 15 minutes session which was just right for us. The team were exceptionally helpful and really focused on the safety aspects which was reassuring given we were inexperienced. I can’t praise it highly enough, what a great fun family outing.

Had a great afternoon karting here. Really friendly staff and great fun on an outside track. Bring your own gloves and balaclava unless you want to purchase when you arrive £5. Plenty of race suits and helmets of all sizes. Make sure you give your email address when filling in the disclaimer, as they will then send you an email, which allows you to track your groups performance in real time.

Extremely pleased with my experience at Stretton. We got here with an earlier session (i think the earliest) it was booked for 10:30 but since we arrived early the staff briefed us and got us out on track early. The karts where absolutely rapid, providing they where working… on my first session of 2, 15 minute sessions i only had 1 engine running so i had my kart switched over to number 12 witch was very good and too fast if anything. The place really does look nice and the race suits and helmets and gloves and balaclavas where all well maintained (unlike teamsports race suits witch are ripping apart) A couple of issues hence the 4/5 star review however: There isnt anyway to obtain footage of your race such as camera rental or anything unless you bring your own cam and helmet, i spoke about this with an Employee and to be honest i forgot what he said about this but there is a reason why they dont do this. The karts where very fast but felt a bit under maintained and needed a serious paintjob and overall upgrade. Now for my biggest issue of all: Turn 2 through to 3 needs alot more of a run off, as turn 3 is flat out and blind ish, i couldnt see that there was a kart stationary bang on the racing line, so i had to slam on the breaks to avoid him, i managed to avoid him but there wasnt alot i could do however so i slammed into the barriers at 50mph witch really hurt. Alot more of a Run off or gravel trap would be very much appreciated here and would make the safety of the place alot better considering how fast the karts are. The Employees are very friendly and laid back, the response times to a spin or an incident could be a little bit faster, i think they could benifit from having marshalls stationed around the track at certain points such as the hairpin. They would also benifit from having some sort of cctv or camera operating system put in place, not only for liability concerns but to recognises incidents and respond faster. Overall though it was a great experience and i would recommend to experienced drivera only. If your a beginner Karter then definitely stick to Teamsport until you get decently skilled. The staff are really laid back and not strict at all. Had a great Time thanks lads!
