Absolutely amazing karting place. Have been going here since Christmas 2025 (9 months right now) and I have never had a bad experience with the staff. They have always been extremely nice, kind and friendly, me and my mate get along well with all the staff and I would recommend it. Richard is an extremely friendly and a great member of the team, showed me and my mate tips and tricks to shave off as much time as possible. Lauren is also extremely appreciated by me and my mate, always kind and happy to help no matter how busy or understaffed they might be. Cant wait to come back again and again. ❤️

My son (12) and I (45) went to Supakart for the first time on Sunday 17th May 2026. I hadn't been karting since I was 19 (&I only went once then!) and my son had not been in a kart this big before. The staff were friendly and helpful. The intro video was thorough. The equipment (overalls, helmets, karts) was spotless and in excellent condition. We accidentally hired the helmet covers when booking online (thought it was hire of the helmets themselves) but on arrival the lady clarified it with us and asked if we wanted to go without the covers - saving us money. The covers would be really fun for a group outing but not necessary for the 2 of us together. We did 2 x 15 mins and had a brilliant time. It took me the whole of my first 15 mins to remember how to drive a racing line instead of the shortest distance...and i managed to knock 8 seconds off my lap time in the second session. My son of course was awesome from the start being a big fan of F1 and PS driving games. The staff were very friendly and adjusted the karts for us perfectly. I even got a seat cushion which was a definite bonus for my bony frame! All in all it was a great experience and we hope to go back soon. Nearly forgot - the cafe had AMAZING brownies! I believe made by a local company. Excellent energy boost after the karting!

Brilliant fun time. Great staff with the upmost respect for safety and making sure everyone has a good time! Karts appear to be well maintained and you switch karts each session so some will feel better than others but balances out over a few sessions. Will certainly be back to try and beat my time!

We visited Supakart yesterday and have visited previously having and absolutely brilliant time. I felt I had to leave a review after reading some of the negative comments, because they really don’t reflect our experiences at all. The staff were friendly, organised and very clear about the safety rules from the start. It’s obvious those rules are there for a reason — it’s motorsport, not a free-for-all. We actually saw a couple of drivers being pulled up for ignoring instructions, and to be honest, the staff handled it professionally and fairly. If anything, it reassured us that safety is taken seriously, especially with younger drivers on the track. Our session ran smoothly, the karts were great, and the whole experience felt well managed. I think some of the bad reviews come from people who didn’t follow the rules and didn’t like being told. From what we saw, if you listen to the briefing and respect the staff, you’ll have a fantastic time. It is extremely unfair that anyone can go online and write what they want regardless of the true facts. Look at the other reviews, take in to consideration how long they have been running, that it is a local business family run, despite Covid, fuel increases, cost of living crisis and many more hurdles they are still going strong and providing customers with a unique experience. We’ll definitely be back — highly recommend for families or groups looking for something fun and well run.
