This place is simply Brilliant!! Made so by the team…. Stay with me… My son has recently got into Karting and I have entered him into the BIKC. A championship, in September. Which means having to put 3 separate days fastest times in (qualifying laps) I Mentioned this to, Nathan, front of house, who came to find me just before my son was due to race. Nathan explained “there is a quiet session we can book you in on, moving our schedule session, where only he will be on the track meaning a stronger chance to get those all important quick laps in. Legend!!!!! Nathan spoke to Ayad - running the operations of the circuit - and put my son in a Kart that was at the front and told him to move forward (1st out). This was my son’s 1st race session of the day with 6 drivers on the session . Ayad said the next session is only him so we are going to keep him out giving him the track to himself perfect!!!! THEN!!! Two experienced staff drivers Kobie and James came over and said we are going out to give him some pointers, knowing my son has to get those quick qualifying laps in. My son shaved 3 seconds of his personal best… To be honest I felt a little overwhelmed with the support help and friendliness of the crew there. And Tomos “the cool dude” on safety marshal duty was a star. Fantastic place.. 5* Ben & Will

The team consisting of Aimee, Jon, Ellie, Ayad, Kiyunn, Filip, Harley, Scott and Waqui were outstanding and very accommodating. The event was brilliant. Filip gave an excellent brief. The Karts and Track are brilliant. I will definitely be visiting again.

A fantastic experience at TeamSport Cardiff. The staff are always incredibly friendly, helpful, and great fun to be around. There's always plenty of banter, which helps create a really welcoming atmosphere while still being professional and organised. On this visit, our initial group had a wide range of experience levels. Unfortunately, some drivers were pushing well beyond their capabilities, which led to frequent yellow and red flags due to unsafe driving and crashes. To their credit, the marshals quickly recognised the issue and split the groups based on experience for the second run. This made a huge difference to both safety and enjoyment, so a big thank you to the marshals for being proactive and managing the situation so well. I genuinely can't fault any of the team. I've been coming to TeamSport Cardiff for over three years now, and the service, organisation, and overall experience have always been excellent. It's clear the staff care about both customer enjoyment and safety. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great karting experience.

Very good experience indeed😊 I’m nearly 62 and injoyed every moment, it’s has hard as you want it to be tbh , if you want to push it to your very best do a bit of weight training on your arms a few weeks before you go,at my age anyhow lol ,as it can be tough going when you are really going for it, but a fantastic experience and would do it again in a heartbeat for sure so 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Great venue 18 of us attended for a stag party and the team were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. Allowed us to put the top 9 racers of both qualifying into one race so making it a really good competition. Good bar and plenty of parking
