I would like to shout out Ziyaa for providing outstanding customer service. He was extremely friendly, professional, and approachable throughout our interaction. Ziyaa spoke clearly and respectfully, making me feel valued as a customer. He was very helpful, took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, and ensured I understood everything before ending the conversation. His positive attitude, patience, and willingness to assist made the experience excellent from start to finish. I would have given 5 stars had it not been for being charged over £7 for 2 coffees. This was just nescafee instant coffe because the coffee machine broke. The sugar was in a soggy packet that I think came from the staff kitchen. What a shame it did sour the experience, the carts are great and the track staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.

We had so much fun here! Abby is a very kind and friendly host who made us feel welcomed immediately. Me and my friends felt very safe as the Marshalls are very vigilant and will prioritise safety. Really recommend this activity on a visit to Birmingham with friends.

Best gokart driving experience so far, since I have done gokart racing in 3 cities. I had an amazing and great time :), due to health issues, I felt ill for driving too fast on the second race.

I have now been at the Oldbury branch of Teamsport four times and I have always enjoyed it. Back in 2021 the karts were petrol powered and you'd be wreaking of fuel and only a serious scrub down would eliminate the overpowering smell. Generally the staff are nice, helpful and polite despite some of them being rather young so kudos to them. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Courage and Sam were polite and helpful and I felt they'd really tried to make it fun but safe and they are an asset to Teamsport Oldbury. I very much enjoyed it but I felt that one other racer of group A was deliberately colliding with my kart and the kart which my son was driving. The toilets are generally clean but on this occasion the soap was all but finished. The track has ramps that you can shoot up and down and take the corners at what feels like rather high speed. Overall, I would certainly rate the whole experience and I would most certainly recommend Teamsport Go Karting to others who are seeking a fun time ⏲️ 😀. Well done TEAMSPORT.
