I had a really great experience at Teamworks Birmingham. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and very helpful with all of us throughout the karting session. From the beginning, everything was well organised and explained clearly, which made us feel comfortable and ready to enjoy the race. The team was supportive, attentive, and made sure everyone had a fun and safe experience on the track. The atmosphere was fantastic, and you can really tell the staff care about their customers and want everyone to have a great time. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun activity in Birmingham—perfect for groups, friends, or just a great day out!

I went to Teamworks Birmingham (City) on Thursday and had such an amazing experience! Even though I was late to the team sport, the staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They made sure I was included and still had a great time, which I really appreciated. A big thank you to Jakub, Tyler, Aggie, and Kian – you were all professional, friendly, and made the whole event run smoothly. Your energy and attitude really made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon. Highly recommend!

I would have loved to give this venue a good review, but the second session and the attitude of staff when discussing the issues during session ruined the experience completely. Only two of four participants had lap times on the screens, staff made no effort to stop or fix it during the session. We continued hoping it might resolve itself it did not, when raised afterwards, I was met with a clear “we don’t care” attitude. claimed the system crashed?????? no offer of compensation or another session I suspect it may even have been deliberate as they managed to get it right on session 1 I won’t be returning or recommending this venue. incredibly disappointing experience made worse by no effort from staff. the low effort from staff made it feel like we hadn't paid for the experience was really confusing. please try somewhere else prior to making this your first choice. We expected better from teamworks if your system has broken it shouldn't affect your paying customers experience and its wild to think they are not even slightly interested in ensuring you have a good experience visited 1.2.26

Absolutely class time at teamworks today for a 40th birthday party, Aggie gave us a warm welcome and Tyler and Simon were a bunch of laughs. Karts were better than I expected as I'd never driven electric karts before. Will definitely be returning

GREAT EXPERIENCE everyone at this event was so welcoming and considerate of others feelings. Even planning around other attendees needs.they are always open to listen and adjust certain aspects of the program to better it for everyone. I enjoyed every part. I like how they were able to talk and get a message across In a way we knew it was important but also making it seem like a chat not just a lesson. That mixed with the activities made me feel certain that they were here not only to teach us but to in a way help everyone. Say that's getting them out the house or socialising with others. Would recommend more camps like this. Can't wait till the next.
